METAvivor is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing awareness of advanced breast cancer and equity in research and patient support.
The lives and experiences of a METAvivor differ from the traditional cancer survivor. METAvivor is dedicated to the specific fight of women and men living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. While more and more people have taken up the cry for more stage 4 research, METAvivor remains the sole US organization dedicated to awarding annual stage 4 breast cancer research. This wonderful organization contains a thriving community of people living against the odds every day, fighting for the research that could save lives, raising awareness of the issues, and offering support to patients.
